Recently my wife and I have significantly reduced our sugar intake. We've done it by using sugar alternatives including erythritol, stevia, and monk fruit extract. Sugar addiction is not much of a problem for us anymore. Still there is a great need for simple healthy snacks to fill the gaps between meals or to complement a meal. A friend introduced me to Taste Bars recently and I am excited to say that these will become a staple for us as we continue our dietary evolution!!
